We hold API access to domains.co.za and OpenSRS. A domain anywhere else is still tracked and invoiced here, but its expiry, renewal and DNS have to be maintained by hand until it moves across.

Charge them per year (R)

.co.za transfers are free and add no year to the registration, so there is no benefit to waiting for the expiry date. Other TLDs add a mandatory year, which is worth timing against the renewal.
